Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can drop off your luggage at the hotel locker. • Present yourself with an Identity or Passport document and your file / reservation number. • Fill out and sign the police form. • The Early Arrival supplement before 11:30 am is 50 €
The room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. In order to avoid any waiting on the day of your departure, we advise you to pay your bill the day before, at reception. The Acropole Hotel welcomes guests with disabilities with the necessary attention. We can provide a luminous alarm clock, telephone and remote control with large buttons on request. Unfortunately, the architecture of the Acropole Hotel does not allow for the reception of customers using a wheelchair. However, we remain at your disposal to inform you of nearby establishments offering this possibility.
|Food prohibited, a guarantee of quality||
In order to guarantee the quality of our hotel, it is strictly forbidden to bring food (take-out) to the room. Don't be surprised if the receptionist denies you access.
The keycard opens only your room. In order to be not disturbed by room service, we recommend that you lock your door by pressing the PRIVACY button on your lock. Please return the card to reception when you go out and at check-out.
At your disposal at the reception, in case of loss the customer will have to pay an amount of 20 € in compensation.

We are working on an eco-responsible approach (water, energy, selective sorting). Your simple actions can greatly contribute to this: • Put the towels you want changed in the shower or the bath; • Switch off the lights and the television when you are leaving your room; • The radiator valve is thermostatic; lower it if you leave the window open. If your room is overheated, please turn off the heater before turning on the air conditioning.
To reduce our impact on the environment, we have put in place few actions:
- Hotel especially took care of thermal insulation and sound proofing installing high-performance double glazing on all windows.
- In spring of 2019, hotel invested in a new boiler producing very low emissions and reducing energy consumption.
- The whole workforce has been made aware to reduce waste and energy and water consumption. We encourage you to help us, please to find in the bathroom a list of simple things to do to reduce your impact on our dear planet.

Our commitment to hygiene and cleanliness has led all of our teams to mobilize to strengthen our health safety protocols in our establishment. We are implementing additional measures, which comply with the latest recommendations in terms of hygiene and cleaning, in order to guarantee the safety of our customers and our employees. The measures implemented cover a wide range of subjects ranging from compliance with barrier gestures to recommendations for cleaning products, including cleaning procedures for rooms and common areas as well as the necessary reduction in the supply of services. Find below the details of the special COVID-19 hygiene protocol in place: • The appointment of a referent / health safety manager who ensures that the rules and best practices are updated and respected in the establishment. A daily update is planned with the teams or with the referent: Supervision by management: all the rules and best practices will of course be subject to verification. • Taking social distancing into account with road markings and / or a direction of movement • At the reception desk, a mask and / or a protective visor will be worn by the day and night receptionists • A plexiglass protective wall is installed as a sanitary barrier that blocks the spread of viruses between staff and customers. • A hydroalcoholic gel bottle is available to customers upon entering the establishment. • The team are trained in barrier gestures and make sure to wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction. • Reinforcement of cleaning and linen control (pillowcase, sheets, duvet, sponge) • Reinforcement of cleaning procedures and control of room contact points. • The generalization of the wearing of masks for our staff in the event of close contact with customers or work colleagues. • The provision of hydro-alcoholic gel at the reception and in the breakfast room. • Stepping up cleaning of passageways (lobby, elevators), door handles, remote controls, etc. • A strict procedure in the event of a suspected case of covid-19 (customer or employee). Below are our main actions, equipment, additional and preventive measures implemented for our safety: • Complete cleaning and disinfection of all rooms, bathrooms and common areas before the establishment reopens scheduled for August 24, 2020. • Cleaning and disinfection of common areas and in particular handles, switches, elevator buttons, room keys between each customer visit, remote control, etc. • Each room is blocked 24 hours after the departure of a client (subject to availability). • Change of cleaning equipment between each room, including rags and microfiber wipes. • Systematic change of all linen and all hospitality products available in the room between each guest. • Use of detergent disinfectant products approved according to standards. • Use of disinfectant deodorant after each room cleaning. • To avoid manipulation as much as possible, a welcome tray supply kit available on request at reception • Removal of plans, brochures, books, newspapers, magazines from rooms / lobby, reception. • Customers must check their room on departure to avoid forgetting any items, the hotel no longer guarantees the custody of forgotten items. • Room cards will be returned to reception and will be systematically disinfected. • Removal of the printer from the business corner.
