Our hotel features a reception open 24/7, ensuring continuous availability to meet your needs and provide optimal service at any time of the day or night.

Checking in and checking out

Checking in
Check-in after 3.00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's left-luggage office.

The supplement for an early check-in before 11.30 am is €50.

Checking out
Rooms must be vacated before 12.00 pm on the day you check out.

To avoid any delays on the day you are leaving, we advise you to pay your bill the day before at reception. If you wish to bring forward or delay checking out, please notify reception as soon as possible. If you are part of a group, please pay your bill for extras before the group leaves to avoid any delays.

The supplement for a late check-out up until 2.00 pm is €50.

We can store your luggage free of charge on the day you check in, if your room is not ready, and when you check out.

Business corner open 24/7 on the 1st floor of the hotel.

Room service breakfast is available upon request, at the time of your choosing.

To make travel stress-free on the day you check in and check out, we provide a personalised shuttle service or private car, at an exclusive price.

The shuttle will come to the place of your choice in Île de France (Paris region) and will drop you off at the destination of your choice.

A guarded public car park is available in the vicinity of the hotel without booking.

Preferential 20% discount for hotel guests. Payment must be made at the car park.

A deposit of €10 will be charged to your room invoice and cancelled on the return of the adapter.

To maintain the high quality of our hotel, outside food is prohibited, such as takeaways in your room.

Do not be surprised if the receptionist refuses to let you enter.

You can set your own wake-up call from the phone by following this procedure:
• Pick up the phone and dial 60 followed by the time you want to wake up, using 4 digits.
Example: 7:45 AM = 60 07 45!
• Wait for the tone, then hang up.

We are committed to an eco-friendly approach (water, energy, and recycling). Your simple actions can significantly contribute to this effort:

• Place the towels you wish to have changed in the shower or bath.
• Turn off the lights and TV when leaving your room.
• We change the bed linens every 4 days; to have them replaced more frequently, please contact the reception the day before for a change the following day.
• The radiator valve is thermostatic; lower it if you leave the window open. If your room is overheated, please close the radiator before turning on the air conditioning.
