Checking in and checking out

Checking in
Check-in after 3.00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's left-luggage office.

The supplement for an early check-in before 11.30 am is €50.

Checking out
Rooms must be vacated before 12.00 pm on the day you check out.

To avoid any delays on the day you are leaving, we advise you to pay your bill the day before at reception. If you wish to bring forward or delay checking out, please notify reception as soon as possible. If you are part of a group, please pay your bill for extras before the group leaves to avoid any delays.

The supplement for a late check-out up until 2.00 pm is €50.

We can store your luggage free of charge on the day you check in, if your room is not ready, and when you check out.

Business corner open 24/7 on the 1st floor of the hotel.

• Printer for small printouts (plane or train tickets, letter/emails). If you need to print large documents, please ask how much it costs at reception and the staff will print them for you

Hot and cold buffet service:

Our breakfast includes hot drinks, tea from the well-known Mariage Frères brand, fruit juices, cereals, different types of yoghurt, cheeses and cold meats, sausages, bacon, scrambled, hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs, fresh fruit and fresh fruit salad, French pastries and a range of bread with spreads to suit all tastes.

Selection of gluten-free products.

Breakfast can also be served in your room on request at reception.

To make travel stress-free on the day you check in and check out, we provide a personalised shuttle service or private car, at an exclusive price.

The shuttle will come to the place of your choice in Île de France (Paris region) and will drop you off at the destination of your choice.

A guarded public car park is available in the vicinity of the hotel without booking.

Preferential 20% discount for hotel guests. Payment must be made at the car park.
